This document outlines the terms for accessing property deal routing services, digital materials, and physical products offered by DealRoute at dwelldealroute.com.

2. Services

DealRoute provides property deal routing services, including lead matching, routing guidance, and support. By purchasing a service, you agree to the specified service fees and terms.

3. Digital Products

DealRoute may offer digital guides, templates, and tutorials related to property routing. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download or view the materials online.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed guides and branded materials may be available. Shipping schedules and handling procedures apply as described at checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full before access or shipment. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other methods listed on the site. Prices may change with notice posted on dwelldealroute.com.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

All transactions for services, digital products, and physical goods are subject to this section.

6.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement may be made within 14 days of purchase if no substantial routing work has been completed. To request, contact support at +14167310009 or via Contact Us. Approved reimbursements will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You may also opt to transfer unused service credits to a future date at no extra charge.

6.2 Digital Products

Digital materials are eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. Follow the same process above. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Initiate by contacting support as above. After inspection, an approved reimbursement will be issued within 15 business days.

6.4 Non-Refundable Services

Custom consulting and bespoke routing packages are non-refundable due to dedicated allocation of expert resources. These services are clearly marked as non-refundable before purchase to ensure transparency.

7. Modifications to Terms

DealRoute reserves the right to update these terms in 2025. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance.
